At ALR Virtual Services, we are committed to providing high-quality, hands-on support and strategic services for our clients. Because our work involves time, resources, and customized execution, we do not offer refunds for services once payment has been made.

All payments made to ALR Virtual Services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Monthly service retainers

• One-time service fees

• Setup fees

• Payments made within an active contract or agreement

Once services begin, time and resources are immediately allocated to your account, and work may be completed behind the scenes even if results are not immediately visible.

For clients enrolled in a contract, all terms agreed upon at the time of signing remain in effect for the duration of the contract. Early termination or changes to services do not qualify for refunds of past or current payments.

We believe in clear communication and partnership. If you ever have concerns about your services, we encourage you to reach out so we can address them promptly and professionally.
