Do I need to change how I go live?
Nope. Go live on Facebook or Instagram exactly like you do today. Your community stays organic; Launch Live just handles the selling in the background.
Does checkout happen on my Shopify store?
Yes. Every cart link opens your own Shopify checkout with your shipping rates, taxes, discounts and payment options. Orders land in Shopify like any other order.
How does it work on Instagram?
Instagram doesn't let links work in comments, so Launch Live sends each shopper their cart link by DM, automatically.
What happens if two people claim the last one?
Only the first claim gets it. The item is reserved in your Shopify inventory the moment it's claimed, and the next person is offered the waitlist instead.
Are there fees on my sales?
No. Live, post, replay and waitlist sales have no per sale fees from Launch Live; you pay one flat $495 a month. The only exception is optional subscription boxes, at 2% per box (0.5% above $9,000 a month). Your normal Shopify and Stripe processing rates apply as usual.
How do subscription boxes work?
Set up a box once: name, photo, sizes, price and how often to charge. Launch Live creates the product in your Shopify store with a Subscribe button. Subscribers save their card, get charged on your Stripe on schedule, and a Shopify order is created every cycle for you to pack and ship. Subscription boxes are launching soon.
What does the subscription fee cost me?
2% of each subscription box charged, dropping to 0.5% on everything above $9,000 in subscription sales in a month. It's taken automatically through Stripe, so there's no separate bill and no extra monthly app fee. On a $50 box, it's $1.
Can I move my subscribers from another app?
Yes, and we'll help. Saved cards can't be transferred between payment providers, so each subscriber enters their card again, just once, through a link we send them.
Where does my money go?
Live and post sales are paid through your Shopify checkout, like any order. Waitlist and subscription charges go straight to your own connected Stripe account. Launch Live never holds your money.
How long does setup take?
Not long, and you won't do it alone. We handle the technical setup with you, then you connect Facebook and Instagram, add the live player to your website, and you're ready to go live.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. There's no contract, and your free trial lets you try it on a real live first.
